BACK TO SCHOOL!

Time to go back!! Hopefully everyone is ready! First game of the season is Sept. 8 (Monday) @ Gloucester High School (see sidebar for directions to GHS). Boys practice will be pushed up to 230-430 after school and girls will practice from 4-6 after school. See Coach Cook or Coach Gonzalez if you have questions!

PRACTICE TIME...

Practice has been moved to the afternoons starting this coming Monday (Aug. 11). Practice for boys will be from 4 pm - 6 pm.

ONE MORE WEEK

Volleyball starts one week from TODAY! Get your physicals if you haven't already and start making arrangements to get to practice. Coach Gonzalez and I cannot pick you up - so you will have to find a way to get there. Be on time and be ready to work hard!

No conditioning this week - if you were thinking about coming, I won't be there.

PHYSICALS

Hey there! Sports physicals are scheduled for Thursday, July 24, at 5:00 pm at Denbigh High School. Go in through the gym doors and there will be people to direct you to where you need to be. Physicals cost $15 (CASH ONLY). Call if you have questions!

Conditioning/Weight Room

Sorry for any confusion - I was unable to make it today - but will be there tomorrow morning at 10. Hope to see you all there. As before - phone number is below so call or text if you have questions!


Next week we will begin to open the weight room and gym in conjunction with the basketball team at Denbigh. Conditioning will run from 10 am until 12 noon on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Please call or email me if you have any questions.

SUMMER TIME...

**Didn't want you to think we weren't getting to this. Still working out some logistics with some other coaches. Hope to know fairly soon what the deal will be. Most likely we'll have the weight room/gym open from 10am-noon a few days a week. Stay tuned............

So you might be wondering how you'll be able to practice this summer...

Well - we're working a few things out and hope to have the weight room and gym open a few days a week so that anyone who wants to come can condition and practice volleyball skills before the season starts. Keep checking for more information...

Info Meeting and Physicals

Please get your physical done as soon as possible - DO NOT wait until the last minute (i.e. right before the season starts) to get your physical done. Once it's done you don't have to worry about it! All physicals are good for the entire school year!

Fall 2008 Schedule
